Duty of register of lands, evidence.

446.240. The register of lands shall procure suitable booksand record therein all letters and instructions received from theland department at Washington concerning lands granted to thisstate, and shall also record in such books all lists of landscertified by the commissioner of such land office, under theprovisions of the act recited in section 446.230, as belonging tothe state; and copies of such record, certified by the registerof lands, shall be prima facie evidence of the facts thereinstated.
