French and Spanish grants.

446.290. All grants and concessions of land, all warrants,orders, plats and certificates of survey made and signed by theproper officers of the French or Spanish government, which shallhave been filed in the office of the recorder of land titles, byvirtue of any law of the United States, and all deeds,conveyances and evidences of title made before, and signed bysuch officers of the French or Spanish government, which shallhave been filed and recorded as aforesaid, being certified bysuch recorder to have been recorded in his office, shall bereceived in evidence without further proof.
