Copies of record of original archives.

446.330. Whenever it shall appear that the original of anyof the records, archives or other evidences mentioned in sections446.290 to 446.320, after having been deposited and recorded inthe office of the recorder of land titles, or of the recorder ofany county, in pursuance of law, cannot be found therein, or hasbeen lost or destroyed, or that neither the original nor a dulycertified copy thereof can be obtained by the parties wishing touse it, a copy of the record of such original, duly certified bythe officer having charge of such record, shall be received inevidence.
