Bond required for arrest warrantor, probation or civil cash bond,proceeds deemed unclaimed property, when.

447.595. Where a person or party is required by the termsof an arrest warrant or of his probation to post a cash bond orcash probation bond or a civil cash bond ordered by the court,the court shall return the bond, less any outstanding courtcosts, to such person or party upon the termination of the courtproceedings or probation period. If such person or party doesnot claim the bond proceeds within one year of the date of finalcourt action or termination of his probation period, the courtshall transfer the cash bond or cash probation bond to thetreasurer for disposition pursuant to sections 447.500 to447.595.
