Instrument affecting unit affects ownership of common elements.

448.060. Every deed, lease, mortgage or other instrument maylegally describe a unit by its identifying number or symbol asshown on the plat and as set forth in the declaration, and everysuch description shall be deemed good and sufficient for allpurposes, and shall be deemed to convey, transfer, encumber orotherwise affect the owner's corresponding percentage ofownership in the common elements even though the same is notexpressly mentioned or described therein.
