Remedies to be liberally administered.

448.1-114. 1. The remedies provided by sections 448.1-101to 448.4-120 shall be liberally administered to the end that theaggrieved party is put in as good a position as if the otherparty had fully performed. However, consequential, special, orpunitive damages may not be awarded except as specificallyprovided in sections 448.1-101 to 448.4-120 or by other rule oflaw.

2. Any right or obligation declared by sections 448.1-101 to448.4-120 is enforceable by judicial proceeding.
