Managers to keep records, open to owners.

448.200. The manager or board of managers, as the case maybe, shall keep detailed, accurate records in chronological orderof the receipts and expenditures affecting the common elements,specifying and itemizing the maintenance and repair expenses ofthe common elements and any other expenses incurred. Suchrecords and the vouchers authorizing the payments shall beavailable for examination by the unit owners at convenient hoursof week days.
