Organization of unit owners' association.

448.3-101. A unit owners' association shall be organized nolater than the date the first unit in the condominium isconveyed. The membership of the association at all times shallconsist exclusively of all the unit owners or, followingtermination of the condominium, of all former unit ownersentitled to distributions of proceeds under section 448.2-118, ortheir heirs, successors, or assigns. The association shall beorganized as a profit or not for profit corporation or as anunincorporated association.
