Surplus funds.

448.3-114. Unless otherwise provided in the declaration, anysurplus funds of the association remaining after payment of orprovision for common expenses and any prepayment of reservesshall be paid to the unit owners in proportion to their commonexpense liability or credited to them to reduce their futurecommon expense assessments.
