Purchaser's right to cancel.

448.4-108. A person required to deliver an original salecertificate pursuant to subsection 3 of section 448.4-102 shallprovide a purchaser of a unit with a copy of the original salecertificate and all amendments thereto before conveyance of thatunit and not later than the date of any contract of sale. Unlessa purchaser is given the original sale certificate more than tendays before execution of a contract for the purchase of a unit,the purchaser, before conveyance, may cancel the contract withinten days after first receiving the original sale certificate orfive days after execution of the contract, whichever is longer.
