Notice of a child support establishment or modification proceeding,when--copy of the order provided, when.

452.347. In any proceeding before a court where child support may beestablished or modified for an applicant or recipient of child supportservices pursuant to chapter 454:

(1) The applicant or recipient of child support enforcement servicesshall be provided by any other party with notice pursuant to Rule 41 of theMissouri rules of civil procedures of all proceedings in which supportobligations may be established or modified. Notice to an attorneyrepresenting a party is deemed notice on the party for purposes of thissection; and

(2) A copy of any order establishing or modifying a child supportobligation, or an order denying a modification shall be mailed to thedivision of child support enforcement by the court within fourteen days ofissuance of such order.
