Confidentiality of facts obtained at sessions not considered inadjudication, exception.

452.607. The facts adduced at any educational sessionresulting from a referral pursuant to the provisions of sections452.600 to 452.610 shall not be considered in the adjudication ofa pending or subsequent judicial proceeding, nor shall any reportresulting from such educational session, except a certificationfor completion of the session, become part of the record of anyjudicial proceeding unless the parties have stipulated in writingto the contrary.
