Transfer of transcripts and documents.

452.840. If a custody decree has been rendered in another stateconcerning a child involved in a custody proceeding pending in a court ofthis state, the court of this state, upon taking jurisdiction of the case,shall request of the court of the other state a certified copy of thetranscript of any court record and other documents mentioned in section452.835.
