Simultaneous proceeding.

452.865. If a proceeding for enforcement under sections 452.850 to452.915 has been or is commenced in this state and a court of this statedetermines that a proceeding to modify the determination has been commencedin another state having jurisdiction to modify the determination undersections 452.740 to 452.845, the enforcing court shall immediatelycommunicate with the modifying court. The proceeding for enforcementcontinues unless the enforcing court, after consultation with the modifyingcourt, stays or dismisses the proceeding.
