Guardian appointed when adoption not granted--powers and duties to bespecified.

453.101. In the event that the juvenile court does not grantthe adoption, the court may order that a guardian be appointedunder the provisions of chapter 475, RSMo, to provide long-termcare for the child. The order appointing the guardian shallspecify the powers and duties of the guardian and the period oftime the guardianship shall remain in effect with mandatoryreview by the court as provided in chapter 475, RSMo.
