Termination of an order of suspension, when--new termination ordermay be issued, when.

454.1013. 1. If a court or the division determines that an arrearagehas been paid in full, or the obligor has complied with the subpoena ororder of the director, the court or division shall terminate the ordersuspending the license and immediately send a copy of the order terminatingthe suspension of the license to the licensing authority and the obligor bycertified mail.

2. Entry of an order terminating suspension of a license shall notprevent a court or the director from issuing a new order suspending thelicense of the same obligor in the event of another arrearage.
