List of licensed attorneys to be provided to division,when--arrearages reported to supreme court clerk.

454.1023. The division of child support enforcement is herebyauthorized, pursuant to a cooperative agreement with the supreme court, todevelop procedures which shall permit the clerk of the supreme court tofurnish the division, at least once each year, with a list of personscurrently licensed to practice law in this state. If any such person hasan arrearage in an amount equal to or greater than three months of supportpayments or two thousand five hundred dollars, the division shall notifythe clerk of the supreme court that such person has an arrearage.
