Contents of petition for support.

454.110. The petition shall be verified and shall state the name and, sofar as known to the plaintiff, the address and circumstances of the defendantand his dependents for whom support is sought and all other pertinentinformation. The plaintiff may include in or attach to the petition anyinformation which may help in locating or identifying the defendant such as aphotograph of the defendant, a description of any distinguishing marks of hisperson, other names and aliases by which he has been or is known, the name ofhis employer, his fingerprints, or Social Security number.
