Jurisdiction and procedure.

454.330. The procedure to obtain jurisdiction of the personor property of the obligor shall be as provided in civil cases.The obligor may assert any defense available to a defendant in anaction on a foreign judgment. If the obligor defaults, the courtshall enter an order confirming the registered support order anddetermining the amounts remaining unpaid. If the obligor appearsand a hearing is held, the court shall adjudicate the issuesincluding the amounts remaining unpaid.
