Fees for certain actions and documents, child support enforcement notrequired to pay.

454.445. No deposit or other filing fee, court fee, libraryfee, or fee for making copies of documents shall be required tobe paid by the division of child support enforcement, or anyattorney bringing action pursuant to a referral by the divisionof child support enforcement, by any circuit clerk or othercounty or state officer for the filing of any action or documentnecessary to establish paternity, or to establish, modify orenforce a child support obligation.
