Summary of expenses required, when.

454.478. In cases where an administrative order is entered pursuantto the provisions of section 454.470 or section 454.476, the director ofthe division of child support enforcement may, upon petition of the partyobligated to pay support and upon good cause shown, order the recipient tofurnish the party obligated to pay support with a regular summary ofexpenses paid by such parent on behalf of the child. The director shallprescribe the form and substance of the summary.
