Receipt by inappropriate tribunal, petition and documents, forwarded,notification.

454.892. If a petition or comparable pleading is received by aninappropriate tribunal of this state, it shall forward the pleading andaccompanying documents to an appropriate tribunal in this state or anotherstate and notify the petitioner by first class mail where and when thepleading was sent.
