456.017. Applicability of sections 456.011, 456.013, and 456.014. - Missouri Statutes

Applicability of sections 456.011, 456.013, and 456.014.

456.017. The provisions of sections 456.011, 456.013, and 456.014shall apply to every trust of the kind described in such sections hereaftercreated or heretofore created or attempted to be created as if suchsections had been effective on and after the date of the creation, orattempted creation, of each such trust.
