Delivery of property by former trustee.

456.7-707. 1. Unless a cotrustee remains in office or the courtotherwise orders, and until the trust property is delivered to a successortrustee or other person entitled to it, a trustee who has resigned or beenremoved has the duties of a trustee and the powers necessary to protect thetrust property.

2. A trustee who has resigned or been removed shall proceedexpeditiously to deliver the trust property within the trustee's possessionto the cotrustee, successor trustee, or other person entitled to it.
