Life insurance, declaration not to affect.

459.050. 1. The making of a declaration pursuant tosections 459.010 to 459.055 shall not affect in any manner thesale, procurement, or issuance of any policy of life insurance,nor shall it be deemed to modify the terms of an existing policyof life insurance. No policy of life insurance shall be legallyimpaired or invalidated in any manner by the withholding orwithdrawal of death-prolonging procedures from an insureddeclarant, notwithstanding any term of the policy to thecontrary.

2. No person, corporation or governmental agency shallrequire or induce any person to execute a declaration as acondition for a contract or for the provision of any service orbenefit whatsoever.
