Transferring entity acting as agent for owner subject to nontransferlaw, agency does not end with death of owner, duties.

461.011. For the purpose of discharging its duties under thenonprobate transfers law, the authority of a transferring entity acting asagent for an owner of property subject to a nonprobate transfer shall notcease at death of the owner. The transferring entity shall transfer theproperty to the designated beneficiary in accordance with the governinginstrument, the rules of the transferring entity and sections 461.003 to461.081.
