Per stirpes transfers.

469.080. In the case of a per stirpes distribution or vesting, eitherunder an instrument or by operation of law, a prior or subsequentdisclaimer by an individual living at the time of the transfer or vestingdoes not change the stocks that are to be used as the basis of the divisionbetween beneficiaries of succeeding generations.
