Scire facias to issue.

470.070. Such court shall award and issue a scire facias against suchperson, bodies politic or corporate, as shall be alleged in suchinformation to hold, possess or claim such estate, requiring them to appearand show cause why such estate should not be sold and transferred to thestate, at the next term of such court.
