To be served, when.

470.080. Such scire facias shall be served fifteen days before thereturn day thereof, and the court shall make an order, setting forthbriefly the contents of such information, and requiring all personsinterested in or claiming title to said estate to appear and show cause, atthe next term of said court, why the same shall not be sold and theproceeds transferred to the state; which order shall be published for sixweeks in some newspaper printed and published in the county in which suchproceedings are had.
