Petition served on whom.

470.180. A copy of this petition shall be served upon theprosecuting attorney of the county, who shall make answerthereto; and the court shall examine the allegations and proofs,and if it appear that the person has a good claim, title orinterest in such estate, the court shall decree accordingly,divesting the state of any interest therein; but in no case shallcosts be adjudged against the state.
