Court open, when--sessions--time for acts.

472.050. The court shall be open for the transaction ofprobate business at all reasonable hours. The judge of theprobate division of circuit court may by order provide for theholding of sessions of the court at regular recurring times forthe purpose of hearing claims, settlements and other matters butno such order shall prohibit the hearing and determination of anyproceeding before the court at any time when necessary to promotethe ends of justice nor shall such order be inconsistent withrules of court. If the last day on which any act is required tobe performed in the court falls on any day on which the court isnot open the same shall be performed on the next succeeding dayon which the court is open.
