Waiver of legal requirements, when--limitation on waiver.

472.135. Any heir, devisee, or the guardian or conservatorof any heir or devisee under disability then interested in theestate may waive, in writing, any requirement imposed upon thepersonal representative by the provisions of chapter 472, 473, or474, RSMo, of this code; provided, that such waiver does notadversely affect the rights of creditors or other personsinterested in the estate.
