472.190. When an appeal is taken from any appealable order,judgment or decree in the administration of a decedent's estate,made prior to the decree of final settlement and distribution,the probate division of the circuit court, in its discretion, andif no person is prejudiced thereby, may order that the appeal bestayed until the decree of final distribution is made and thatthe appeal be heard only as a part of any appeal which may betaken from the decree of final settlement and distribution. Thissection does not apply to guardianships.
