Probate of will, when--procedure for contest.
473.065. 1. A will which appears to have the requiredsignatures and a certificate as provided in section 474.337,RSMo, showing that the requirements of execution under section474.320, RSMo, have been met, shall be probated without furtherproof.
2. Procedure for the contest of a will probated undersubsection 1 shall be as provided in section 473.083.
