Conference or council empowered to hold hearings.

476.370. The conference or the executive council isempowered in its discretion to hold before the full conference,or its executive council, or any committee thereof it mayconstitute for such purpose, hearings on any question concerningwhich the conference or its executive council may deem it properto hold hearings.
