Expense allowance for conference attendance.

476.380. Each judge attending the annual meeting of the conference,and each member of the executive council attending meetings of the councilnot to exceed four times each year, shall receive his actual and necessaryexpenses, to be paid from the state treasury on order of the presidingofficer certified to the commissioner of administration.
