Employees of twenty-second judicial circuit may work forty-hour week.

476.406. Any provisions of law to the contrarynotwithstanding, any employee of the twenty-second judicialcircuit shall, at his option, be allowed to work a forty-hourweek in order to obtain the full benefits of his appropriatedsalary.
