476.500. Acceptance by judge--procedure.
Acceptance by judge--procedure.
476.500. Any person who desires to accept the provisions ofsections 476.450 to 476.510 shall notify the governor in writingof such fact; and if he be qualified the governor shall certifysuch fact to the commissioner of administration and state auditorand to the chief justice of the supreme court.
