Commissioner of juvenile division of circuit court may elect totransfer membership service to creditable service as a judge,procedure.

476.675. Any person who is a commissioner of the juveniledivision of the circuit court, appointed pursuant to section211.023, RSMo, on October 1, 1989, may elect to transfermembership service earned under the provisions of the Missouristate employees' retirement system as a commissioner of thejuvenile division of the circuit court to creditable service as ajudge as defined in section 476.515, if such person makes writtenapplication to the board of trustees of the Missouri stateemployees' retirement system and to the state courts administratorto transfer such service prior to December 31, 1989, providedapplication is made prior to the person receiving retirementbenefits for such service. In no event shall a person receivecredit for the same period of service under more than oneretirement system or plan.
