Copies of reports disposed of, when.

477.285. The supreme court is hereby authorized to sell,destroy, give away or otherwise dispose of surplus bound orunbound copies of the official reports of the supreme court andthe court of appeals at any time that the supreme court shalldetermine that such surplus books are in excess of the number ofcopies reasonably required to provide for future needs forreplacement and other sales and distribution.
