478.013. 1. Each judge of the circuit court shall receivean annual salary of seventy-nine thousand one hundred sixty-fourdollars plus any salary adjustment provided after August 28,1990, pursuant to section 476.405, RSMo, all of which shall bepaid by the state out of the state treasury.
2. No circuit judge shall practice law or do a law businessnor shall he accept, during his term of office, any publicappointment or employment for which he receives compensation forhis services.
