Writs and other processes returned to first term, when, effect.

478.206. When any writ or other process is made returnableto any stated term of any court of record and the time of holdingsuch term shall be changed by the legislature or by local courtrule, such process shall be returned to the first term of thecourt held in pursuance of such change, and with the same effectas if returned at the time named in such process.
