Municipal judges, jurisdiction--cases subject to transfer.

478.230. A municipal judge may hear and determine municipalordinance violation cases of the municipality or municipalitiesmaking provision for the particular municipal judge. Theprovisions of this section authorizing the hearing anddetermination of particular cases or classes of cases bymunicipal judges shall be subject to the transfer, assignment,and disqualification provisions contained in article V of theconstitution, in provisions of law, or in court rules which areauthorized by the constitution or by law.
