Availability of a judge for bail purposes, when, local court rules toensure.

478.248. The circuit courts of this state by local ruleshall adopt a procedure ensuring the availability at all hoursand times of a circuit judge or associate circuit judge withinthe circuit for the purpose of admitting persons to bail withqualified sureties or on their own recognizances in such amountsas may be set by the court or judge during any such hours andtimes.
