Circuit No. 21, number of judges.

478.437. The circuit court of the county of St. Louis,comprising circuit number twenty-one, shall be composed ofnineteen divisions and nineteen judges and each of the judgesshall separately try causes, exercise the powers and perform allthe duties imposed upon circuit judges.

*This section was also repealed and reenacted by L. 1978 H.B. 1634, but under the provisions of that act, if a greater number of circuit judges for a circuit is authorized by another bill, the other bill was to prevail. Thus, this is the correct version of this section.
