Barring person from small claims court, grounds, length of bar.

482.360. If the court finds that the small claimsproceedings are being used by a plaintiff or defendant for thepurpose of oppression or harassment, it may issue an orderdenying the plaintiff or defendant use of small claimsproceedings for up to one year.
