Clerk to serve as secretary to court en banc (St. Louis City).

483.086. In any city not within a county the circuit clerkshall serve as secretary to the court en banc. The circuit clerkshall attend all sittings of the court en banc at which thepresiding judge presides, and keep the minutes of suchproceedings. At the circuit clerk's direction, a deputy circuitclerk may perform the duties of the secretary of the court enbanc.
