Circuit clerks to report to state auditor annually all fees collected.

483.088. Each circuit clerk shall prepare a summary of allamounts collected pursuant to section 57.955, RSMo, during thepreceding calendar year and shall annually, by July first of thesucceeding year, send a copy of such summary to the stateauditor.
