Duty of attorney general or prosecuting attorney--notice.

483.175. Whenever the attorney general or prosecutingattorney shall be required to prosecute charges against anyclerk, he shall make out each charge in due form, and cause acopy thereof to be served on him, together with a noticerequiring him to appear before the court, on some day in termtime, to be specified in such notice, and answer the saidcharges.
