Clerk to file judgments at Lewis County seat.

483.360. It shall be the duty of the circuit clerk, on orbefore the adjournment of any term of said court, to make andcertify under the seal of said court an abstract of any judgmentor decree rendered therein, and all liens and notices of samefiled therein (within twenty-four hours after the filing of suchliens and notices) and file and record the same in a book to bekept for that purpose in his office at the county seat of saidcounty, for which he shall receive a fee of one dollar, to betaxed as costs in the case; said abstract shall contain the namesof all the parties, plaintiffs and defendants, the amount of suchjudgment or nature of such decree, against whom and in favor ofwhom rendered, and the date thereof.
